Bonjour,
La Commission Européenne a pris sa décision dans l'affaire Microsoft qui pourrait bientôt devroir changer ses pratiques et payer des millions de ? d'amendes.

Surtout que dans le même temps, les Anglais veulent donner une médaille à Billou. J'en ai trouvé des bonnes :

Slight correction: The current British Government wants to Knight him.
And deservedly so; it was for services to British industry.
And without Microsoft Britain's IT consultant industry would be a mere shadow of its present glorious self. There are literally tens of thousands of highly trained professionals scattered across the country poised to save poor innocents from the consequences of Microsoft's overly-complicated, bug-ridden, security-holed applications.

Un Anglais : But the EU would still be there. Why can't we trade with the EU like we trade with the US? We need the US as well economically, but that doesn't imply we need to be a member state of the US, does it?
La réponse : No, of course not. You've allready demonstrated you're ability to take orders from the US government without needing to be a member state.

je vais être très méchant mais le commentaire qui me vient à l'esprit :

J'ai cette sale impression que MS va s'en sortir en arrosant à tout va de licenses et autre produits !!

Non justement, d'après ce que j'ai pu comprendre, l'UE n'acceptera pas de paiement en nature, mais uniquement en espèces sonnantes et trébuchantes (genre Opération Pièces Jaunes en plus gros quoi). Et là, ça va faire mal, parce que ce ne sera pas une amende virtuelle ! :)

Et ce n'est pas la France qui va en profiter, vu qu'on a 450 000 licences d'avance grâce à Raffarin ..
