bonjour
je suis une petite debutante sur ubuntu
j'ai installer la version 12.04 car c'est la seule qui veuille bien !!!
j'arrive a me connecter par ethernet … youpi mais pas en wifi ..
je n'arrive pas non plus a installer vlc ou autre logiciel via le ubuntu software center mais j'arrive a telecharger sur internet ….
quelqu'un peut il maider …

    Il faut plus d'infos pour t'aider, pour commencer, que contient ton fichier
    /etc/apt/sources.list

    quel est la marque et le modèle exact de ton PC ?

    et pour ton wifi, peux-tu poster le résultat des commandes suivantes

    cat /etc/lsb-release
lsusb
lspci
lspci -nn | grep -i net
lspci -k
sudo lshw -C network
lsmod
iwconfig
ifconfig
sudo iwlist scan
uname -r -m
cat  /etc/network/interfaces
nm-tool
sudo rfkill list

      via le terminal quand je tape la premiere commande /etc/apt/sources.list
      il me dit acces refuse
      mon pc est un dell inspiron 3721

      voila le resultat de la commande

        /etc/apt/sources.list
        ce dossier est vide sur le system

          non, on veut regarder ce que contient ce fichier, donc
          sudo cat /etc/apt/sources.list

          il va te demander ton mot de passe pour le compte root

    Peux tu préciser quand tu dis que ubuntu 12.04 est la seule qui veuille bien ? quelles autres distributions as tu essayée ? quels étaient les problèmes avec des versions plus récentes ?

      j'ai essayer la 14.04 mais ni le cable ethernet ni le wifi etait possible et j'ai trouver interface tres compliquer
      j'ai essayer de remettre une ancienne version que je connaiser 9.10 mais pareil impossible de lancer l'installation
      mm apres l'avoir retelecharger et regraver

    Ubuntu est comme beaucoup de distribution : une daube. Essai Linux Mint Mate, c'est plus sérieux.
