Bonjour, voila que l'adsl est dispo et le modem (un GlobeSpan GS7070 USB ADSL WAN Modem récup d'occas) a été configuré sans problème pour la mandriva.

L'isp est club-internet, le script d'initialisation (eciadsl-start) débute en donnant les meilleurs résultats:

A ce moment la fenêtre Eterm est planté, et le CPU utilisé à 100%, (on se croirait sous crimosoft windoz), la FAQ http://eciadsl.flashtux.org/faq, donne des explications pour ce PB:

Answer : You are not drunk, pppd cannot communicate with eciadsl-pppoeci (part of the
driver) and it must come from a bad pppd version, from a bad ppp
configuration inside the kernel, or because you're using the driver on a non
supported system.

Also check your /etc/ppp/peers/adsl file. The eciadsl-pppoeci invocation
might be corrupted also, or the file might not exist at all (this is a known
bug).
