  for the time being, the Libraries are distributed in binary

  distribute the libraries, you must either do it with a XaraLX executable,
  or with the source itself (if you don't want to do this, please just
  refer people to our web site where they can download the libraries);
  and you are only allowed to use the libraries with the GPL version

    C'est le coeur de xara puisque ce sont les routines graphiques, celles qui sont présentées comme les meilleures du monde:

    Apparemment, ils se donnent encore un peu de temps avant de libérer cette partie là.

  La page des téléchargements pointe aussi vers une version déjà compilée pour les x86 (suivre le lien "Recommended version:"), qui permet de se faire une idée du logiciel en ouvrant un des 23 exemples fournis avec l'éxécutable.
  
  L'application est déjà très qualitative sur la vitesse, l'utilisabilité et le rendu graphique.

    Xara Xtreme est une application de dessin vectoriel multiplateforme, dont l'ambition est de constituer une alternative puissante aux produits équivalents des gammes Adobe ou Microsoft. Des ponts sont déjà envisagés avec d'autres applications de dessin vectoriel (Inkscape), notamment pour le support du SVG.
