Bonjour à tous !

Voilà, à l'occasion de l'achat d'un nouveau PC? j'ai du réinstaller ma fedora core 5. Le problème, c'est que la résolution est bloquée sur 800x600 maximum même après installation des pilotes ati de livna.

J'ai rajouté les résolutions dans le xorg.conf mais gnome semble s'en foutre royalement. Dans bureau > administration > affichage, il y a toujours 800x600 maximum.

    mes deux méthodes en fait :

    1/je fais une copie de mon xorg.conf

    2a/ je reparamètre tout avec xorgcfg ou xorgconfig (je ne sais jamais lequel des deux pose les questions...)

    2b/ sinon on peut lancer un live cd qui déterminera intelligement la bonne résolution, et tu copies ce xorg.conf sur ta partition

    3/ éventuellement récupérer du code de ton ancienne config si tu avais des paramétrages fins
