Salut à tous.
J'ai une carte mère noname chinois ou japonais je sais pas.

Le pci-e est bloqué au maximum à 8x 5 gt/s.
Il supporte le mode gen3 16x 8 gt/s, mais n'arrive pas à passer, un problème entre soit support soit bios.

J'aimerais manuellement forcer à l'utiliser le mode 8 gt/s 16x.
Quelqu'un sait comment le faire ?

    suivi d'un peu de lecture devrait t'apporter plein d'informations sur ta carte mère.
    Une fois correctement identifiée, la lecture de ses specs techniques pourra confirmer (ou pas) le fait qu'elle supporte tel ou tel mode PCI-e.

    Le pci-e est bloqué au maximum à 8x 5 gt/s.
    Il supporte le mode gen3 16x 8 gt/s, mais n'arrive pas à passer, un problème entre soit support soit bios.

    de memoire ce n'est pas parce que le chipset supporte le gen3 16x (8gt/s)
    que la carte fille le supporte.

    cela depend donc :
    - de la carte mere
    - de l'occupation des slots PCIe de la carte mere (SLI ou pas SLI, etc)
    - evidemment de la carte fille (carte graphique, carte wifi, carte SSD)

      La carte mère c'est un chipset x79, socket 2011.
      Le processeur (xeon) supporte le pcie 3.0 jusqu'à 40 lines.

      J'ai 2 slot pci-e, dont 1 seul en utilisation carte graphique, j'ai déjà essayer de mettre sur l'autre slot c'est pareil.

      J'ai plusieurs carte graphique puissant qui supporte le pci-e 3.0, tous ont le même résultat.

      Pour disque ssd, j'en ai un branché en sata 3.

      Le bios étant un truc basique american megatrend je sais pas quoi, n'a pas d'option pour la selection du pci-e gen1, gen2, gen3.

        C'est probablement que les lignes ne sont pas cablées, il faut que tu te réfère à la documentation de ta carte mère, tout doit y être.

          Comment cablées les lignes ? tu parles de soudure ? m'y connait pas en soudure

          Pour la marque c'est comme j'ai dit c'est un truc sans nom un truc japonais ou chinois ou je sais pas quoi.

          J'arrives pas à avoir du support de leur côté c'est pour cela que j'essai moi même de faire manuellement via le système.

          Je sais que nvidia à un logiciel pour activer le gen3 sur les x79 pour ses cartes sous windows, mais sur linux et ayant cartes amd suis coincé.
