Bonjour,
J'ai un pc avec 2 disques indépendants, l'un contenant mandriva (80Go)et l'autre xp pro(20Go), afin de bien les séparer je passe par le set-up pour démarrer soit sur win soit sur driva.
Tout fonctionnait bien sur les 2 systèmes jusqu'à la mise à jour de la 2005 LE vers la 2006 en ligne par urpmi, et depuis je n'ai plus de reconnaissance auto des périphériques usb (imprimante et clé usb) ni sur un système ni sur l'autre!
Est-ce qu'une installation d'OS affecte le chipset?
Comment sortir de là?

Voici quelques essais a faire,
débranche ta clef USB
fais un coup de "lsusb -v"
rebranche ta clef
attend un peut, refais un coup de "lsusb -v" pour voir si elle est détecté.
Si rien n'apparait fais un coup de "dmesg" pour voir si ca bouge niveau ker,el
Soit la clef est morte (la testé sur un autre PC)
Si la clef fonctionne sur un autre PC et plus sur le tien.
Piste numero 1 l'alimentation USB :
L'alim peut etre desactivé a tort dans le BIOS(a verifier)
elle peut etre désactivé par un jumper sur la carte mere(lire la doc et verifier).
Pour voir si l'usb power est present prendre un multimetre et regarder si tu trouve une tension de 4 a 5V entre la carcasse du PC et une des broches du connecteur USB.

sur un autre pc la clé fonctionne impec.
lsusb -v ne donne rien
usbview non plus
dmesg me donne:

Vérifie sur le net les options BIOS car c'est vraiment important avec Mandriva qui a une gestion USB un peu 'perso' avec le VIA8237
Verifie avec '~ ]$ cat /proc/interrupts' que les IRQ de l'USB ne sont pas partagés. S'il y a partage, il faut régler ça.
Pour moi, c'étatit le micro qui ne marchait pas...et pour faire marcher une tablette Aiptek avec une souris sans fil Logitech , j'ai du recompiler le noyeau sans le support usbmouse et joystick.
