we have two kinds of problems:
1) a lot of m$ users asking us why their downloaded iso was not working
2) some nasty bug into the internet explorer that we cannot fix (obviously), which messes up the download: the download itself never ends if you perform it with internet explorer.
The style of the advice depends also on the fact that, at last, we are making a linux distro for free and we do not like much microsoft choise, so why to pose?
je suis un dynebolic developer. je ne parle pas francaise. Je ecrite en angles:
well the dynebolic is based on a gentoo system, but it has completely recompiled from the scratch (optimized for i586).
This means that:
a) we have nothing in common with knoppix
b) we don't have any package system.
The distro is live and not installable, for a design will. We are developing a "nesting" system that will let the users save their settings.

Hope this clarifies the dynebolic background.
