Bonjour à tous, je vous expose le probleme :
Je suis sous débian Sarge, j'ai fais basculer apt en unstable, le kernel est 2.6.14 (recompilé pour les drivers nvidia).
J'ai 2 écrans , 2 cartes graphiques NVIDIA et un Xorg.conf me faisant fonctionner le tout en dual sans problèmes. Or l'accélération matérielle ne fonctionne plus.
Avant (avec un écran et une GEFORCE FX5200 j'avai un scrore satisfaisant de plus de 1000fps sur glxgear et dorénavant je plafone a 350...
Ce qui me dégoute c'est que mes 2 cartes sont des Nvidia, que le driver est correctement installé avec un "Direct rendering = yes". J'ai même le splash screen nvidia sur les 2 écrans au boot du serveur X. L'accélération matérielle est donc gérée logiciellemnt mais quelque chose à l'ai de la freiner, est ce le Xinérama ???
Avant d'avoir le 2ème écran, j'avait fais un dual avec un crt et une vieille carte cirrus 1 mo et l'accélération matérielle était gérée. Je ne pense donc pas au'il y ait incompatibilité entre dual-screen et 3D ...
