Je connais la position, très claire, de la FSF vis-à-vis des brevets. Je conçois le conflit potentiel entre la GPL et les brevets logiciels. Ce que je me demandais par contre, c'est ce qu'impose la GPL du point de vue des brevets. Interdit-elle la production de code GPL avec brevets ou pas ?

J'ai fait une petite recherche, mais ce n'est pas trop clair. Connaissez-vous un article clair sur cette question ?
