Not true. Being good corporate citizens, WANdisco are the first Subversion corporate sponsor to adhere to the trademark use guidelines. We are doing this voluntarily. It would be nice if other referred to Subversion as "Apache Subversion" in their marketing.
We are making great strides on the Apache Subversion project. For instance Philip Martin, one of our Subversion commiters reported and fixed the security release for Subversion 1.6.16. We are also updating progress on our Blogs for the promised work around branching and merging.
