PS: Bien sur, c'est un fake que j'ai ecrit il y a quelques temps pour m'amuser a chercher les softs les plus inutiles possibles. Toute ressemblance avec quelque chose existant ou ayant existe est parfaitement voulue.
PPS: oui, c'est en anglais, c'est ansi portable.

trickle -d 5 mozilla lancera mozilla en le limitant à 5 Kb/s de download
trickle -u 2 -d 15 amule lancera amule en le limitant à 2Kb/s en upload et 15 en download.

On peut aussi faire ça en montant une liaison SPLIP ou PPP entre les
deux ports série de la machine, et en bidouillant dans le routage.
