Until now, I used the following definition for "GPL-compatible license"
:
If a License L is GPL-compatible, then you can use a code snippet from
program P1, released under the license L, in your project under GPL, and
release the derived work (your project + code snippet) under GPL.
Is this definition correct ?
The more precise definition is that the two licenses are compatible if
