Que ceux qui bloquent les non-IE (ou les non-(IE|NS)) commencent par bloquer aussi le GoogleBot par exemple...

Cela perturbe la vérification du nombre de colonnes de données en entrée, en permettant un nombre variable de colonnes dans le fichier CSV, alors que l'on s'attendrait à avoir un nombre constant de colonnes. Et mettre de telles contraintes en dur, j'appelle cela un bogue (exactemement comme pour les limitations entier sur 32 bits comme le nombre de secondes depuis 1970 ou le fichier de moins de 2 GiB, ou les BIOS limités à 512 MiB, les fichiers de tableurs limités à 32000 ou 64000 lignes, etc.).
Non bien sûr ce n'est pas un bogue (comme tous les « knowledge base bugs » de Microsoft ?). Il n'existait pas dans Excel 4 comme signalé précédemment, et pas non plus dans Excel 3, 5, 95, 97 et même les versions suivantes, même si MS ne l'indique pas...

C'est parfaitement légitime de mettre une contrainte en dur sur 16 lignes, et d'avoir des 16 lignes à 4 colonnes, puis 16 lignes à 12 colonnes, puis 16 lignes à 6 colonnes, ou 16 lignes à 4 colonnes puis une à 9... Parce que la limite exotique des 16 lignes et le comportement étrange engendré, c'est pénible. Pour avoir un comportement normal sous Excel, il faut donc rajouter une colonne qui ne sert rien à droite, juste pour obtenir le même comportement que les autres tableurs (Gnumeric, Kspread, OpenCalc, etc.).
Supporter correctement le format CSV devrait être une priorité de Microsoft, vu que son PDG pour la France s'est déclaré pour l'interopérabilité et les standards ouverts (mercredi 17 Novembre 2004 sur France Info, Christophe Aulnette, PDG de Microsoft France, invité de Bernard Thomasso).
Faire un miroir avec 2 Mbit/s pour tout un pays est tout aussi difficile. Ensuite en interne au pays, tu crois qu'il y a beaucoup de haut débit en Afrique, même pour télécharger sur un miroir national ?
