Ce genre de saloperie bien écrite tu veux dire ? Qui ne dit rien et qui sous-entend beaucoup ? Juste une attaque gratuite quoi, pour énerver ou démotiver la modération ? Tu as déjà seulement été en contact avec la modération, envoyé un courriel à la modération ou signalé quelque chose ? Ou mieux fait partie d'une équipe de modération ?

Prendre un exemple totalement différent : le jeu 0.A.D. limite à huit joueurs (pour des raisons techniques et pratiques j'imagine, performances, représentation sur la carte, équilibrage, etc.), ça n'en fait pas moins un logiciel libre, et quelqu'un pourrait vouloir limiter à 9 ou 256 joueurs si ça l'amuse et forker pour ça.
Tous les logiciels ont des limites techniques (la taille de ligne de commande dans bash par exemple, ou le nombre de processus pour le noyau). Ces limites sont arbitraires ou justifiées, pour des raisons variées (pas encore implémenté, choix qui semble raisonnable, contrainte externe, pas envie de devoir faire du support sur un cas exotique, etc.). Tu peux recompiler ton bash ou ton noyau et changer les valeurs actuelles. Tu pourrais aussi recompiler ton noyau et dire qu'il a 4 milliards de ports TCP possibles mais ça n'aurait aucun sens pour le reste du monde et ça se passerait mal dans la communication avec le reste du monde.
Bref ils semblent avoir mis une limite à 20, pour de bonnes ou de mauvaises raisons, ce n'est pas incompatible avec le logiciel libre (que ce soit une bonne ou une mauvaise idée).
Pour qu'une dépêche soit publiée, il faut que l'écart entre les personnes qui votent pour en modération et les personnes qui votent contre soit suffisant (un écart >= +4 était nécessaire en 2017 et 2019). On pourrait dire que l'on a le score des visiteurs (sans la modération), le score initial en sortie de modération et le score final (qui prend en compte la modération et les visiteurs du site, soit la somme des deux précédents),
Pour 2017, sur la dépêche https://linuxfr.org/news/devoilement-du-calendrier-de-la-semaine-quebecoise-de-l-informatique-libre-sqil-16-24-sept-2017 4 personnes ont voté pour, donc elle a commencé à +4. Ensuite la somme des pertinents/inutiles des visiteurs la juste conduit à +5 (qu'il y ait eu une note « pertinent » ou bien X+1 « pertinent » et X « inutile »). Donc un score final de 5 et un score des visiteurs de 1 (du coup effectivement ce n'est pas négatif, même si ce n'est pas énorme, j'avais 5 comme écart en tête pour la modération).

Même retour d'expérience côté LinuxFr.org… Les spammeurs bourrins qui vendent du matériel obstétrique (super étude marketing les gars…), des escortes, des taxis au Pakistan ou en Indonésie, ou des accès VPN, en premier commentaire ou contenu, et pas en français, ils sont dégagés vite. On détecte assez bien ceux qui attendent le 3è commentaire après deux commentaires louches (type "tu as trop raison", "super contenu", etc.). Mais on doit outiller de plus en plus pour virer certains autres cas (notamment a posteriori). Et malgré ça il a des tas de comptes silencieux qui sont sûrement à des spammeurs… Dans les cartons, je prévois d'ailleurs de fermer les comptes non utilisés à un moment… Puis de purger les comptes fermés n'ayant aucun contenu/commentaire/étiquetage, vu que ça ne sert pas à grand chose de les garder d'une part, et qu'on stocke des données personnelles (probablement souvent de spammeurs) pour rien.

D'ailleurs il y a peut-être des "bons élèves" (au sens de l'auteur du fichier) mais ils ne sont pas mentionnés non plus… En gros c'est assez peu informatif, et aussi peu constructif, je trouve. Surtout si on ne sait pas pourquoi les dites structures ne vont pas sur Mastodon (elles ne connaissent pas, elles ne savent pas faire, c'est prévu mais plus tard, elles trouvent que la modération est trop chiante sur Mastodon, elles préfèrent EncoreUneAutreSolution3000, etc. ?)
Le fait de mettre en suppose que la personne lise l'anglais (pour comprendre English) ou connaisse les codes ISO pour les langues, ce qui n'est pas vraiment exigible sur un site non réservé à des geeks. Sinon le code est utile lorsque tu parles l'autre langue et que tu dois la reconnaître (par exemple trouver la langue que tu parles parmi les 25 traductions disponibles sur wikipédia), ici on suppose que le français est la langue pivot. Logiquement on devrait mettre an pour anglais mais écrit en français, mais bon personne ne reconnaîtrait. Du coup il faut sans doute l'écrire explicitement
